Me? - A Model for others?

...so that you became examples to all in Macedonia and Achaia who believe. For from you the word of the Lord sounded forth, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place. Your faith toward God has gone out, so that we do not need to say anything. --1 Thessalonians 1:7,8

What if......I lived my life in such a way, that other believers would take notice and be encouraged and challenged? Is it possible? Could my witness be so pure, and my life so spirit filled.....Is it possible?

Oh to become so Godly, so filled with the spirit, living clean and walking with God that folks would take notice and be blessed. WOW! My life would have a positive influence on others. What if my whole church became that way? What kind of impact would we have on their neighbors and neighborhood? What impact could we have for the Kingdom?

I think this is the beginning of the mission, it's why Jesus asked the deciples to "wait" until they became enpowered for service.

So.....Lord, forgive me for the neglect I have shown toward you. Forgive me for the tolerence I've shown toward sin. Fill me with your Spirit so that I can be used of You as intended.
